Our Connections & Funding services include NASC and Local Area Coordination (LAC). We work in Bay of Plenty, Tairāwhiti, Taranaki, Whanganui, Wellington, Otago and Southland.

Nationwide

Free Hearing Tests and Advice

Are you concerned about your hearing? We provide free independent hearing tests throughout New Zealand and can help you access funding for hearing aids and other assistive equipment.

Total Mobility

If you are unable to travel safely on public transport, you may be eligible for subsidised taxi services with up to 75% off the normal fare.

Wellington

Pasifika Employment & Training Support

Tupu Aotearoa is a free Pacific disability programme to support disabled people and their family members to engage in education, employment and training.

Waikato

Waikato Community-Based Programmes

We offer a wide range of community-based programmes in Waikato including Sporting Opportunity After School, Life Friends, Life Fit, Multi-Sensory Room, Positive Action Course, Transition Programme, Ngā Mara Ātea, and more.

Tairāwhiti

Manaaki Tairāwhiti

As part of the Manaaki Tairāwhiti initiative, our Navigators work with whānau to support them through their social care journey and help them overcome barriers to getting support from different agencies.

Taranaki

ADHD Support

If you're in Taranaki and have a child under 17 who has been diagnosed with ADHD you could be eligible for 10 days of carer respite support.

Specialised services to support ACC clients with a disability to have choice and control over where they go, what they do, where they live and who with.

Whanganui

Support Services for Older People

Your Way | Kia Roha can coordinate support services for people who have age-related needs and live in Whanganui and are over 65 years old.
